Competency Training

The WAI Competency Training Program provides background and context for an organization’s competencies or values. Through a series of three one-hour phone sessions, a group of 5-7 employees learn how to identify strength and development competencies for their development, practice sharing their plans amongst their peers, and challenge their thinking by considering how their development compliments the organization’s vision. The final meeting is a one-on-one call with a WAI consultant to help each participant further refine their development plan so that it is specific, measurable and attainable.
