Starting her career at WAI in 1999 as administrative support, Kristin is now our Operations and Assessment Manager. She is the operations cornerstone of the WAI team ensuring the internal and external client experience runs smoothly. Throughout her career with WAI, Kristin has provided her clients with service and solutions to meet their unique needs. She manages the online assessment platform used by clients in hiring and development programs, and completely coordinates the 360º leadership process. She also handles the office, human resources, and sometimes even IT functions for WAI.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and serves on the Board of Directors of her condominium association. Kristin has been a resident of Northeast Ohio her entire life. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family (including two cats) and is an avid Cleveland Indians fan.
